Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• The product must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
• The original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• The product must not be damaged, altered, or show signs of use.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Share your order details and reason for the return.
3. Our team will provide return authorization and return instructions.
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided return address.
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return.

Refunds

Once your returned product passes our quality inspection:

• We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item due to a size issue, manufacturing defect, or incorrect product received, please contact our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping Charges

• Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by Splash Designs.
• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
